1955 FIRST EDITION 2nd Impression Tolkien THE TWO TOWERS Lord of the Rings Vol 2

A fair copy of this British first edition of The Two Towers, marked as a 1955 second impression. Hinges cracked and with some separation--webbing showing at front hinge. Binding a bit warped--spine leans heavily to the right when book lis laid flat. A repeated stain in upper corner of pages 15-50 (diminishing as it goes along--please see photos). Also some staining on outside page edges Foldout map is in great shape.

I will be out of town between Saturday, June 8 and Wednesday, June 12. I will try to be available to answer questions, but will not have the books with me again until Thursday, June 13.
