Lord of the rings hardcover has heavy wear ti the spine. Foxing around edges of pages as shown. Spine of book does feel loose from pages when holding book, no splits in the binding. Map in back of book has one tear as seen in pic. The Hobbit is excellent condition. Pages are clean and unmarked throughout.
