"Fellowship" has some faint dampstains along the bottom edge, noticeable in a few places, but not approaching the text or the map.

Some faint stains to boards of all three volumes, the spines gently faded, and a few nicks to the edges. Small owner's sticker to the front paste-down of each volumes. In the publisher's slipcase, near fine, with just a few small dings.

A perfectly decent set, increasingly uncommon in the first printing.
