Tolkien - The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Two Towers, The Return of the King - Ballantine Books - First Ballantine Edition / Mixed Printings (17th, 12th, & 11th). These copies have nice square firm bindings. There is soiling, rubbing and a few light creases but they present rather well. The slipcase is rubbed and has the top beginning to peel but that can likely be repaired carefully by the next owner. The slipcase is increasingly scarce to encounter in any condition and this one is rubbed but it isn't split or seriously flawed in any other ways.
