This recent estate find is a 1974 HARDCOVER COLLECTOR'S EDITION FIRST PRINTING OF "THE LORD OF THE RINGS" with Original attached MAP in the back as well as the slipcase - see details below. 1974 First Printing Collector's Edition. 2.5"H x 6.5"W x 9.5L.

Book spine shows some use and age wear. Map has a very small tear at a crease on the book side of the map. A small section of pages have some minor rippling (I took pictures of this as well as other sections so you could see the difference).
