Mirth at the Prancing Pony Tolkien, Lord of the Rings, box, cupboard

This is an absolute one of a kind VERY special piece. A gorgeous piece wood-burned and painted by hand. The top of the lid is an awesome scene of mirth and intrigue all playing out in Bree at the Prancing Pony. Our four Hobbits, Frodo, Samwise, Pippin and Merry feel that they have shelter from the dangers of the night- but do they? Used with permission by artist Jian Guo, is truly special for Tolkien fans and Lord of the Rings fans.

Ill let it speak for itself, but this is a truly WONDERFUL and colorful piece. So much is going on! The sides are probably my favorite. I chose a fun medley of pub-food and pints of ale and beer! The lid opens on a hinge and is open-able as a cupboard. Also has mounting hardware on the back. Box Dimensions: 13" x 10" x 4 1/2 inches.
