These Polish-language editions of J. Tolkien's works, published by Amber (Wydawnictwo Amber), are a beautifully illustrated and highly regarded series that includes the full The Lord of the Rings trilogy as well as Unfinished Tales (Niedokonczone opowiesci). All four volumes feature cover and internal artwork by Alan Lee, the acclaimed British artist known for his ethereal and detailed Tolkien illustrations, who also contributed to the design of Peter Jackson's film adaptations.
