The Lord of the Rings J. R. R. Tolkien HC Houghton Mifflin 2004 50th Anniversary

This hardcover w/ Slipcase is in Near Fine+ condition. Absolutely unread book, no marks, stains or page damaged that i could detect. All pages are secured to the spine as shown. The spine is very tight & strong. See pictures showing covers suspended in midair and not laying flat on surface, showing how rigid spine is.

Only blemishes i found were at foldout attachment points, but very common due to the way these foldouts were attached, slight tear in front foldout and smaller one in rear foldout as shown. I actually had to unglue foldouts in two areas each to open up to verify condition, proving never been unfolded before, sorry maybe i should've left that for you, but had to check condition. Based on the current market, this book is priced to sell, will be firm on the price based on its condition. Please see pictures for best description of condition.
