"The Fellowship of the Ring" (Volume 2): May 1974 (first edition, 2nd printing). "The Two Towers" (Volume 1): February 1975 (first edition, 3rd printing). "The Two Towers" (Volume 2): March 1975. "The Return of the King" (Volume 1): February 1975 (first edition, 2nd printing).

"The Return of the King" (Volume 2): November 1990 (10th edition). Due to being over 35 years old, the outer box shows some wear and tear. The thin paper covers have creases, tears, and stains. The cloth binding on the cover is in almost perfect condition. The dust jackets are missing from both books.

Due to being stored at home, the case shows signs of age-related deterioration, including yellowing, stains, minor scuffs, etc. The books inside appear clean, but there are some slight stains. Please check the condition in the photos. As this is a used item and has been inspected by an amateur, there may be some oversights. Please understand this before purchasing.
