Vintage Large Lord Of The Rings Middle Earth Jimmy Cauty Wooden Plaque Tolkien

Item up for sale is an incredible vintage Lord Of The Rings Middle Earth scene as done by Jimmy Cauty. Item is attributed to creation by the Athena company though the original label that would have been on the back is not present. This lacquered board shows some surface and lacquer wear from age and display. Lacquer wear gives white appearance in areas of the surface with the most notable being around edges and corners.

Surfacing shows some wear and loss along the edges with the most notable area being along the top front edge and sides. Sides of the board show areas of old paint residue and paint / finish wear.

Ring on the hand has an impressed rhinestone in the wood. Wood is black painted on reverse side with surfaces showing some wear and soiling. Entire piece shows patina consistent with age. Wood exhibits no cracks or breaks.
